ADPRO PRO Intrinsically Safe Passive Infrared (PIR) Detectors are the first intrinsically safe PIR detectors in the world. The available models (PRO-18WIS, PRO-100HIS, PRO-45IS) have been tested at Baseefa's labs and obtained the (IECEx BAS 11.0127X, Basefa 11ATEX0261) certificate.
Given the sensitive nature of hazardous environments, all regulations pertaining to commissioning, installation and maintenance are adhered to, such as using fieldbus communication (RS-485) for remote configuration, using Xtralis-approved IS ex-barriers for power supply, switching contacts
